LuckMeet Support
Help with PRO, backups, moving devices, and everyday use.
Contact support
Email support@shanciapp.com with LuckMeet, your app and iOS versions, device model, and steps to reproduce the issue. Hide private details in screenshots. Do not send passcodes, backup files, or intimate attachments.
Restore PRO
Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Me → LuckMeet PRO → Restore Purchase. If the product or price will not load, check your connection and use Reload price. Restoring purchases restores PRO access, not your local journal.
LuckMeet PRO is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal, so there is no subscription to cancel. Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service.
Back up and move devices
On the old device, export an encrypted backup from Me in the primary space using your primary passcode. Transfer it through the system share sheet or Files. Before importing, confirm that current data will be replaced, then enter the current primary passcode and the old one used at export. Use the old passcode after restoration; restore PRO separately.
Before changing devices or deleting the app, make sure your backup is saved and readable. A full backup includes both spaces. Keep the file and old primary passcode safe.
Forgotten passcode or missing data
LuckMeet has no accounts or app server, so we cannot remotely recover your passcode or records. If biometric unlock is enabled and still available, you can unlock on the device; exporting or restoring backups still requires the primary passcode. Do not delete the app before confirming that a usable backup exists.
