LuckMeet Terms of Use

Purpose and responsible use

LuckMeet is for personal journaling and reflection. It does not provide matchmaking, public publishing, medical diagnosis, contraception, or disease-risk assessment. Its statistics reflect your entries and are not medical advice.

Follow applicable laws and App Store age requirements. Respect other people's privacy and consent, and keep only information and media you are entitled to record and possess. Do not use the app to record or distribute unlawful or non-consensual intimate content.

One-time PRO purchase

LuckMeet PRO is a non-consumable, one-time App Store purchase that permanently unlocks the PRO features listed in the app: unlimited people, Alternate Space, unlimited attachments, and a custom Play library. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. Attachments remain subject to available device storage.

Price, currency, taxes, and availability are shown in Apple's purchase confirmation. Access follows transaction verification; pending purchases unlock after approval. After reinstalling or moving devices, restore with the same Apple Account at Me → LuckMeet PRO → Restore Purchase.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law. A refund or revoked transaction may remove PRO access. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Your records and backups

Data stays on your device by default. Keep your passcodes safe and export encrypted backups as needed. Shanci has no copy of your records and cannot recover lost records or passcodes. Complete backups include both spaces and recovery keys; store and share them carefully. Import replaces existing data. Purchase restoration restores PRO access only.

Features and availability

We maintain and improve the app, but cannot guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with every device or system version. Changes to features, terms, or privacy information will appear in the relevant version or page. A one-time purchase is not a promise to provide every future product or feature indefinitely.
